World Mining Services Ltd. has been established primarily to fund, operate and provide value added processing services to precious and base metal mines, resource industry product manufacturing. WMS will also seek to capitalize on collateral services required for the processing of raw natural materials for industrial end users. WMS's activities are therefore focused on the early application of state of the art technology. Typically these are existing manufacturing processes that will benefit from newer, innovative technology or processes. We will seek to use proprietary, patented technology when prudent to protect our business terrain.

The Board of Directors and senior management of WMS will be decidedly divided between industry professionals and business/market pros. We feel this balance will provide the Company prudent, well guided oversight and leadership.

Jeffrey W. Michel - Chairman

Mr. Michel is Chairman and CEO of PLUS market Fundy Minerals Ltd., is married and is a resident of Florida, USA. Mr. Michel was honorably discharged from the U.S. Coast Guard after a successful tour of duty in the field of Drug Interdiction and Border Control. Mr. Michel was then recruited into the Retail Investment Banking field to apply his expertise and determination to a new regional firm that specialized in small caps, new market entrants, and start-ups. He has over twenty years of corporate experience including more than a decade working for various small cap retail broker / dealer firms, at the senior corporate level, specializing in business development, compliance, and cost containment. His underwriting experience ranges in complexity from straight equity financings, IPO's, PIPEs, debt, RTO's, and convertible debt to M&A arrangements.

Mr. Michel currently is the Managing Director of Southwood Partners Ltd. where he consults to public and private companies on debt restructuring, public market management, investor relations, DTC analysis, strategic partnerships, and corporate governance.

Mr. Michel is a Professional Licensed- FINRA Registered Representative Series 7, 24, 4 and 63.

Daniel N. D. Vanrenen - Director

Mr. Vanrenen has worked in the financial industry for the past several years, initially managing and trading private money on the UK and US futures market. In 2003 Mr. Vanrenen co-founded Waltech PLC as a incubator/accelerator fund to operate and provide value added management to specific technology companies, he was involved in the marketing and money raise for the listing in 2004 and the investment of funds into a number of South African and UK technology companies. Mr. Vanrenen also has strong business relationships in South Africa and is involved in a number of private companies including; online retail, payment solutions, and remittance.

Roy Phillip Harding, C.A. (S.A) – Non- Executive Director

Mr. Harding is an energetic, hands on chartered accountant with a track record of adding value to all stakeholders through establishing a solid foundation of financial controls, developing a team dedicated to excellence and identifying and successfully integrating new systems and business opportunities.

Mr. Harding is currently the CFO of Walpay Limited IOM and formerly the Finance Manger of Diab Engineering in Australia from January 2007 to 2008 with an annual turnover of AUD40 million. Diab Engineering supplied engineering services and outsourcing staff mainly to the mining industry.

Previous to this Mr. Harding was the Director of Finance for Fortress Management Services Limited in the Isle of Man from April 2003 to January 2007. The nature of the business was as a service provider in the offshore financial industry supplying services for the formation, administration & accounting of companies & trusts.

Roger Bennett  - Non- Executive  Director

Roger started his career  with Lloyd Bank Plc in London gaining experience in company administration, tax planning, trusts, investments and portfolio management. After four years he left to work overseas  first with  Canada Trust and ten Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce where he managed their trust activities in the Bahamas. In  1988 Roger moved to the Isle of Man and held a number of senior positions before joining Fortress Management Services Limited as Managing Director.
